The Journey of his competition

As crazy as it sounds but i have never seen someone so committed into doing something. Yes, everyone has passion or interest in something they love to do, but no one has ever done it like you did.

This competition prep of yours had taught me a lot of life lessons, such as
"Never giving up till the results are announced"
"Giving 101% effort when doing something"
"Nobody outworks you"
"Why you need rest when you are not there yet"
"Accept defeat and work harder from the lost"
"Accepting critics cause they are the best way to gain the champion"
And the list just keeps going on.

Frankly speaking, why i am sharing this is cause i am really amazed and proud to have my boyfriend here who does bodybuilding and i am able to experience the training, the diet, the tiredness from work and still carry on training kinda life.
No doubt all this lasted for 2 months and it honestly went by really fast.

So first, he competed in Singapore largest fitness show which was called " SHOW OF STRENGTH", oh and i was really excited about it cause he was really prepping for this show for only 8 weeks and no doubt his body was.... WOW!!!

Yeap... As mentioned it was the biggest show so he was competing in the classic physique short class which had about 16 athletes from different countries... So ... the result of this show was something he never wanted to share with anyone cause he never wanted that placing and honestly when i saw him broke down backstage after receiving his medal, when i hugged him so tightly.. All i ever wanted to tell him was "It's okay" but i know its not. My heart literally shattered... guys, you have no idea how painful it is to watch someone work so hard for a competition and in the end breaks down in front of you cause he gave his all for this show... But i just want him to know that he always have my back, and no matter what the result is.. he is always my number 1 and my champ :) He took this defeat really hard on himself and decides to redeem himself by competing in the next show... which was 6 days apart from the previous show.
Indeed it was crazy! I swear, his body was already crashing at the second day of depletion workout and despite that he still pushes himself to surpass his limits and just keep training harder cause thats how crazy and how hungry he is for the gold. Yeap, so was it.. i was really crazy that i was there for him throughout his prep and never saw this side of him before.... Shagged out but still working hard at work and really never fail to try to make my day better.... and thus, this was his body during fitness ironman 2018 ...

AND YESSS!~ he managed to clinched the title and i am serious when the judge announced the results i was shaking and breaking down in the audience... I was quietly wiping of my tears of joy cause i know how much this man here worked during this prep.
His determination, perseverance and dedication for this sport is tip top. I was smiling and tears of joy just kept flowing. No doubt he manage to end this season off really well by becoming the 5 time champ ~~

Just want to end this post with tell him that... "You really did well through this prep and i know you've given your everything you could and babe you really inspire me during this prep." He is someone i look up to when it comes to competing in body building cause he nail every aspect of this.. like the mental, physical and other aspects. Congratulations to MY 5 time champ and its time to rest and reboot your body before you start competing in 2019 again.. and NO MORE crash dieting :)
